Please read these terms carefully before using Synzo platform.
1 Introduction & Acceptance
Welcome to Synzo. By downloading, accessing, registering, or using the Synzo Super App, website, or related services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, platform rules, policies, and applicable laws of India.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue usage of the platform immediately.
2 Platform Role & Intermediary Disclaimer
Synzo is solely a technology intermediary and digital connection platform.
Synzo facilitates digital connectivity between users and independent third-party vendors, merchants, delivery partners, resellers, and service providers.
Synzo does not directly participate in, control, own, manufacture, stock, distribute, provide, manage, guarantee, or assume responsibility for any:
- Buying
- Selling
- Booking
- Payments
- Deliveries
- Service Transactions
- Product Fulfillment
- Vendor Commitments
conducted between users and third-party vendors/service providers.
All transactions are strictly independent agreements between the Buyer/User and the respective Vendor or Service Provider.
Synzo shall not be considered the seller, owner, manufacturer, distributor, logistics operator, employer, agent, franchise owner, or direct service provider for any product or service listed on the platform.
3 Platform Commission & Service Charges
Synzo may charge platform fees, service fees, subscription fees, promotional fees, advertising charges, convenience fees, transaction processing fees, or commissions from vendors/service providers for facilitating:
- Marketplace access
- Digital infrastructure
- Marketing support
- Promotional visibility
- Platform maintenance
- Technology support
- Payment processing
- Lead generation
- Transaction facilitation
Such fees or commissions shall not be interpreted as Synzo acting as the seller, owner, manufacturer, distributor, agent, or direct provider of any listed product or service.
4 User Eligibility
Users accessing the platform must:
- Be legally capable of entering into binding contracts under Indian law.
- Provide accurate registration details.
- Maintain confidentiality of login credentials and account access.
Users are solely responsible for activities conducted through their accounts.
5 Vendor Products & Service Disclaimer
Synzo does not guarantee the:
- Quality
- Authenticity
- Accuracy
- Reliability
- Legality
- Availability
- Safety
- Warranty
- Timeliness
of any products or services listed, sold, promoted, or provided by third-party vendors/service providers.
All product descriptions, pricing, offers, warranties, discounts, service commitments, and after-sales obligations are solely the responsibility of the respective vendor or service provider.
6 Synzo Wallet & Coin Ecosystem
The Synzo Wallet and Coin Reward System are proprietary platform features available to eligible users/members.
Important Conditions:
- Coins are earned only through successful, completed, and non-returned transactions.
- Synzo Coins have no external monetary value and cannot be treated as legal currency.
- Coins are non-transferable between users.
- Synzo reserves the right to modify, suspend, cancel, reverse, deduct, freeze, or terminate wallet benefits, rewards, redemption rules, or coin balances at its sole discretion.
7 Synzo Coin Clawback Policy
To prevent fraud, abuse, manipulation, refund exploitation, or artificial reward generation:
- If any order/product/service is cancelled, refunded, disputed, reversed, or marked unsuccessful, all associated Synzo Coins may be automatically reversed or deducted.

If the user has already utilized or redeemed such coins, Synzo reserves the right to:
- Adjust negative balances
- Deduct equivalent value from eligible refunds
- Restrict wallet access
- Suspend platform benefits
- Initiate permitted recovery actions under applicable laws and policies
8 Payments & Third-Party Gateways
Payments on the platform may be processed through authorized third-party payment gateway providers.
Synzo shall not be responsible for:
- Banking delays
- Gateway failures
- Settlement issues
- Unauthorized payment failures
- Third-party financial interruptions
Users must comply with the terms and policies of the respective payment processors.
9 Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy
Returns, refunds, replacements, cancellations, warranties, and after-sales support are strictly governed by the individual policies of the respective Vendor or Service Provider.
Synzo does not impose or guarantee any universal return or refund policy.
Eligible refunds, if approved by the respective vendor/service provider, may be processed within the working days determined by the vendor, banking institution, payment gateway, settlement network, or applicable financial processing system.
Non-refundable charges including platform fees, convenience charges, gateway charges, delivery fees, taxes, or service fees may be excluded where applicable.
10 User Conduct & Prohibited Activities
Users shall not:
- Engage in fraudulent activities
- Abuse platform rewards
- Upload illegal content
- Violate intellectual property rights
- Attempt unauthorized system access
- Disrupt platform operations
- Impersonate individuals/entities
- Conduct unlawful transactions
Synzo reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating platform policies.
11 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, Synzo shall not be liable for any:
- Direct damages
- Indirect damages
- Incidental losses
- Consequential damages
- Financial losses
- Business interruptions
- Vendor disputes
- Delivery delays
- Product defects
- Service failures
- Data loss
- Unauthorized access
- Fraudulent activities by third parties
Users access and use the platform entirely at their own discretion and risk.
12 Data Privacy & Security
Synzo collects and processes user information in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable Indian laws including the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, 2023.
Reasonable technical and security measures are implemented to protect platform data. However, no digital platform or transmission system can be guaranteed as completely secure.
13 Account Suspension & Termination
Synzo reserves the right to suspend, restrict, deactivate, or terminate any account at its discretion in cases involving:
- Fraud
- Policy violations
- Suspicious activities
- Legal compliance requirements
- Security risks
- Abuse of platform systems
14 Account Deletion Request
Users may request permanent deletion of their account by contacting:
Verification procedures may be conducted before processing deletion requests.
Certain transaction, compliance, taxation, AML, fraud prevention, and legal records may be retained as required under applicable laws.
15 Intellectual Property
All platform content including:
- Logos
- Branding
- Design
- Technology
- Graphics
- Software
- Features
- Trademarks
are the exclusive intellectual property of Synzo unless otherwise stated.
Unauthorized reproduction, copying, or commercial use is prohibited.
16 Changes to Policies
Synzo reserves the right to modify, update, suspend, replace, or remove any part of these Terms, Policies, Wallet Rules, Coin Systems, or Platform Guidelines at any time without prior notice.
Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policies.
17 Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
Any disputes arising in connection with the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Tamil Nadu, India.
