Shipping, delivery, packaging, dispatch, logistics coordination, and order fulfillment are independently managed by the respective Vendors, Sellers, Service Providers, or Delivery Partners.

Synzo does not directly handle, manage, transport, or guarantee product delivery services.

The respective Vendor or Delivery Partner shall be solely responsible for:

• Packaging quality
• Product dispatch
• Delivery coordination
• Delivery timelines
• Shipping communication
• Customer delivery support

Synzo shall not be responsible for:

• Delivery delays
• Lost shipments
• Damaged packages
• Wrong deliveries
• Courier failures
• Logistics interruptions
• Third-party shipping issues

For used product transactions, buyers and sellers are solely responsible for delivery arrangements, product inspection, authenticity verification, and transaction coordination.

Synzo only facilitates digital listing visibility.

Users access and use the platform entirely at their own discretion and risk.
